As a subcontractor for Oulun Energia Urakointi Oy, we created info screen software to which we also implemented communication with the city’s data collection system.
The Liila info screens show the numbers of pedestrians and cyclists moving on a specific bicycle and pedestrian route during each day and year and provide current information about issues such as route maintenance and weather. The screens enable the city to collect real-time data on the user rate of the transit routes and longer-term changes. The data can be utilised in developing the routes.
