The picture shows two industrial robots in a fenced area.

The robotic cell contains two KUKA robots, KR210 and KR 16, which together load and unload the jigs going to a machining centre. The larger robot moves the objects and the smaller robot screws in and unscrews the jig locks.

The robotic cell operates at Sähkö-Rantek as a part of the Fastems automated warehouse. Probot was also in charge of platform rotation and movement and communication with the FMS system.

We also installed a machine vision inspection site in the cell for inspecting the appearance and exterior measurements of the objects. The cell features include picking objects from the platform, CNC machine jig loading and unloading and machine vision inspection and sorting discarded objects.
