The Universal Robots UR10 cobot was harnessed to operate two machine centres and measuring devices using purpose-built a robot track system. The system control was customised to correspond to the customer’s need for an unmanned drive and operating two alternative machine tools. The system has pallet spaces for unfinished objects, ready and accepted objects and objects rejected at the inspection phase.
