We designed and built production equipment for sheet processing and liquid dispensing. Transparent sheets of film are fed into the machine in a transport unit from which the sheets are moved on the vacuum table one sheet at a time for the purpose of liquid dispensing.
The user interface and control were implemented using the Beckhoff automation Twincat 3 logic. The equipment is controlled with G code.
