Robots, cobots, mobile robots and a whole lot of probotics in Kempele on Wednesday 17 May 2023 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.!
You may have already noticed from our social media that we have a new assembly hall in Kempele. The walls are now built, the corners have been cleaned and the door handles are polished. It’s time for the opening ceremony and open doors!

Probot Open House and Opening of The New Hall
Date and time: Wednesday 17 May 2023 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Address: Probot Hall, Planeettatie 6B , 90440 Kempele.
Our new hall is located in Kempele’s Zatelliitti, next to Specialmetal Group Oy.
Driving directions from the motorway: Take the ramp 4B towards Kempele / Linnakangas. From there, head towards Zatelliitti. Turn from the roundabout towards Zatelliitintie. Drive straight for a moment. Soon Planeettatie is on your right. Our yard is at the end of Planeettatie and our hall is located right at the last corner of the yard. Parking: You can park your car at the end of Planeettatie.

Program
There will be a whole lot of probotics! And we haven’t forgotten the coffee either.
A wide range of robots will be on display and demonstrated throughout the event:
- We’ll be demonstrating and presenting robotics solutions we’ve developed ourselves.
- We’ll be demonstrating Unitree robot dogs: Welcome to see Unitree’s latest B1 model, the big brother of all previous models and the so-called “Master”.
In addition, our partners and collaborators will be between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- OMRON will be there to present OMRON products with us.
- Cajo Technologies will be presenting its advanced laser technology, which we can offer to our customers through a partnership agreement.
- The University of Oulu’s Biomimetics and Intelligent Systems Group (BISG) will present mobile robots at the event.
- Representatives from Centria University of Applied Sciences will be there with a variety of mobile robots.
- SICK will be present at the event at noon to 3 p.m. to present sensor intelligence and application solutions.
- KUKA will also be represented on the day.
Keynote speech and cake & coffee at noon:
- Our CEO Matti Tikanmäki will give a casual speech at 12 a.m.
- After the speech, we will serve the cake with coffee as long as there are pieces left. Coffee will be served throughout the event.
